I have had this Montera Albo for more than a year. It was almost full white for the first several leaves. People say that Albos that go full white are doom to die. Still, I wouldn’t give up on it. Now look at it. I would say as long as there is still some green, even just a strip, there are still chances. Plants want to live and will have their way to survive. 😃
I gave it a new pot and a new “pole” last month and it has been growing like crazy since. I put it at the sunniest spot in the grow room and it absolutely loves it there.
