Tomato Pruning 101 👩🏼‍🌾🍅

Start pruning your tomato plants when they’re about 1–2 feet tall. Focus on removing the suckers—those extra stems that grow:
1️⃣ In the elbow between the main stem and a side branch
2️⃣ From the base of the plant

Leaving just 2–3 main leaders helps keep the plant open for airflow, which prevents disease later in the season. A little trim now = a healthier harvest later!
