Finish story on the rental property, all new flooring, baseboards, wall fill and new paint. Replaced the kitchen cabinets with brilliant white, black granite, and a upscale texture tiled backsplash. Typical kitchen from the 60’s. Poor storage solutions and very outdated. This was a complete gut, repair and new install with natural maple cabinets, peacock granite, and custom tile. To finish the install, we laid out a luxury vinyl tile with grout strips. Thank you John and Cathy for this amazing project.
