Another new 4 plex with basement suites. This time we reduced the front house massing by creating a duplex look at the front and running the other suites down the left side (flanking street). Total of 8 units plus a garden suite over a 3 car garage in the back yard.

We've worked on several new 4 plexes here in Edmonton, some with basement suites or garden suites over garages in the back yard. Let me know what you think of this style? Only 2 storeys in the front close to the street with 3 storeys in the rear, lowering the profile. Bob the builder.
