We just completed this one of a kind custom house. This house was special as all of the ducting was installed in the floor system. There were no bulkheads on any of the above ground floors. 3 floors, 2 furnaces with 2 zones each, equals a lot of duct! We managed to make it all work quite nicely. The end result was worth the effort. 11’ main floor ceilings with floor to ceiling windows.

A before and after installation! We removed the original non efficient (less than 60%) furnaces and replaced them with the Carrier Infinity series 96.7% efficient models. We added two Aprilaire 5000 electronic air purifiers for a huge improvement in air quality and then two fan assist Aprilaire humidifiers for effective humidification in our dry winters.
