Same project. This is how it started. We removed the old patio door with sidelites. Then we framed in where we needed to close in the wall for new patio door. Put in a 6 foot which then got changed to an 8 foot patio door. We then cut in a new opening for a window in the bedroom. Installed a header and insulated. Put drywall up and sealed up.on outside.

Customer wanted to go from a 6 foot wide patio door to an 8 foot patio door. Took the old out. Put in a new header and installed a new sliding 8 foot patio door.
It is now ready for mud and tape and siding on outside to be finished

Dkasa Contracting Ltd, had the privilege again doing a job for a repeat customer. This time we did 3 bathrooms. Here are a few pics of there downstairs bathroom.

As spring comes to an end summer moves closer now is the the time to start thinking about your window replacement. Here is the latest project from Dkasa Contracting Ltd. We did 2 bay windows on this house and a small living room window. From finding rot underneath one and only foam holding the other large bay window in. We fixed the rot reframed, and the new bay could be supported and fastened properly. Had to build jamb and heads on site for the one bay. Block and cap exterior and re install vinyl siding.

Dkasa Contracting Ltd had the privilege of doing this full house and garage exterior renovation! We changed all the windows in the house to triple pane windows. Then we added 1"1/2 insulation and re sided house and garage. Windows went from. 4.5" jambs to 6.5" jambs so they would not be inset when the new insulation and siding went on.
