Got another bathroom update completed.

It started with a 6' spa tub finished it's a 5' acrylic base with tiled walls. New drywall over existing ceiling, taping, flooring and paint.

The group home residents will love it.

One of my contracts this week, an egress window. The structural engineer has required the concrete foundation both sides of the window be reinforced. I'm ready for inspection #1 before cover up.

Many other tasks were associated like installing 2 wires CO2/smoke alarms, rewiring lights, digging to China! and landscaping.

I'll have some finish pics soon.

The customer purchased a acryliv tub/wall package that requires access to the side and back for bolting the panels together. Not a huge hurdle just more drywall.

The rangehood ducting had to be converted to 4", more drywall patching.

Drywall from prior leaks in both bedrooms and living rooms had to be fixed.

Installed new closet shelving.

More paint picks Monday.

Yesterday my first coat wall paint had been finished, ceiling sprayed, Monday last wall coat then purchase, paint and attach casings, base painted for a later date before the floor goes in.

Finished the drywall today, cleaning up and installing a door, casing and closet shelving cleats. Then prime everything....

Finished installing this acrylic tub with walls, just put mud on all joints of the many drywall patches in this condo. This acrylic unit required access to the back, tricky but it turned out nice.

Skim coat tomorrow and other side of angles, next day sanding finish. Ready to paint and trim then kitchen cabinets.
