How do I know if my shingles are in need of rejuvenation?
This is a common question ... here is what to watch for

1 - The shingles are over 50% of their stated life. (a 30 year shingle will last 30 years in optimal conditions but on the South and West faces of a roof the shingles will begin to show wear after 15 years)

2 - You notice small granules on your walkway, deck, or in the gutters. These granules are needed to ensure the structure of the shingle - Bright Green Roof treatment will drastically reduce to loss of granules.

3 - You notice the shingles are beginning to curl. You will usually see this on the peaks of the roof especially on the south facing peaks.
