Proposed updates to the Zoning Bylaw focus on how mid-block row houses are built and how they fit into existing neighbourhoods.

Changes aim to:
🟦 Reduce the maximum number of units from 8 to 6
🟦 Decrease building size and shadow impacts on neighbouring homes
🟦 Limit side entrances to prevent clustering on one side
🟦 Increae space along the side of a building for pathways, drainage and other features
🟦 Improve how buildings face the street

New age laundry shoot, how cool is that, built in vacuum driven laundry chutes. you can have a vacuum driven laundry chute in every room. And I thought main floor laundry off the master bedroom was awesome.

This mysteriously showed up on my desk, I really thought it was a message sent from above (because she could do that), and then Kevin told me he was cleaning up his office and thought I could use a calendar (& a card of a former co-worker). I think of her often, I sure hope she knows how much I miss her at the office and all those phone calls on her drive home. Rachel always said she was going raise hell in a nursing home, and left us before she got a chance, I really did think she was messing with me from the other side. LOL.
