Bad things happen in life sometimes and you can't stop it. Over the weekend there was a break in at our job site and we lost a lot of tools. How you react to these kinds of things determines what the outcome will be. You can either take it as a set back and dwell on it or you can take it as an opportunity to learn and grow from it. We decided to take it as an opportunity, so when we ordered a new mixing drill we decided to upgrade that way we can work on improving our or abilities in order to continue to offer our client's the highest level of finish quality possible. Our old mixing drill served us well, but we are extremely excited to get our new one and see what it can do. We will never stop growing in order to serve you better.

Subfloor preparation is the single most important aspect of a great floor. These days people want to take the "easy route" of installing a product like laminate or click vinyl, believing then that they don't have to deal with time consuming and costly subfloor prep work. We simply just don't agree with that. Many times we see failures in these types of floors because the customer didn't want the expense, or they just simply weren't informed of the necessity of it because the installer didn't want to do the work. Often we find these floors are not installed to manufacturers recommendations and the warranty the customer believes they have are void. To us, flooring is an expensive job, a lot of work and honestly a huge inconvenience to you, as we have your home or office torn apart and you try to live around a construction site. If it's costly and inconvenient the first time, just imagine how much more so it will be if a problem occurs and it needs to be done for a second time. We would rather give you a floor you can walk on for a life time, and the next time you replace your floors is because they are old and out dated, not because they couldn't stand the test of time.
