It's been pretty busy in the big projects department. Here's one of the jobs I'm currently wrapping up. A right sized bathroom reconfigured from 2 back to back small bathrooms. It now holds a 66" jet tub, full-size shower, 60" vanity in a walk-through layout. I framed, plumbed, drywalled, tiled and did all the finishing. A bit of everything happened to make it flow from a pocket door to recessing the toilet into the wall for that extra space. Just waiting on a couple parts to wrap this one up.

One of my projects from the end of 2025 was at the Harbor Golf Community Centre in Elbow, SK.

I added PVC marble panels behind the urinals in the men's bathroom for easier cleaning and a nice esthetic 👌

I also created an opening and hideaway steps for the stage in the Lett's Auditorium in HGCC.
The show can now go on with exits both stage right and stage left!👏

Well, hello!

Let me introduce myself and explain how my company came to be :)

I'm Devin, owner and operator of New Leaf Renovation and Restoration.

I'm Saskatchewan born and raised, husband to my sweetheart of 18 years and father to our 2 amazing little ones.

I got my start in the renovation & restoration world by throwing myself into it (literally) by buying a major Fixer-Upper house at 18 years old.

Following that, I worked In drywall and painting, followed then by property maintenance for 2 large companies servicing hundreds of buildings in a few different cities - all the while honing my skills by fully renovating (gut and start fresh alot of the time) multiple homes away from work - including our 1909 church building and multiple homes and buildings in Strongfield.

I have now worked in industry for 20 years, from small maintenance all the way up to large scale commercial projects - working on thousands of apartments, homes and commercial buildings within this time.

It is and has always been my commitment to offer quality service at a fair price.

I service Strongfield, Loreburn, Elbow, Mistusinne, Outlook, Davidson, Kenaston, Hanley and the surrounding farm & acreages as well as Saskatoon from time to time.

These days I'm looking to take on certain types of projects in my "old" age 😅, so if you have something in mind, please reach out and I'd be happy to discuss it with you!
