This client had major issues with paint flaking off the original drywall. After upgrading the exhaust fan we came in scraped and sanded all loose debris then repaired and finished with the best products available for this bathroom.

Kitec plumbing replacement job.

On this job our client wanted to replace their Kitec plumbing to avoid future water damages and save on their home insurance. We got our plumber in to carefully make cuts in the drywall only where necessary to remove all water lines and replace them.

Then we went in and repaired all of the drywall, colour matched the walls and ceilings that were affected, and made it look like nothing happened

These clients built an ADU (additional dwelling unit) onto one of their pole barns so that their parents could be close by into their old age. This is the second one this season that we’ve done. It’s becoming very common!

Our clients approached us about turning a basement into separate rooms for their growing family. This is something we are seeing a lot these days. Tiny homes, additional dwelling units, mother-in law suites etc.

The goal was to keep it budget friendly by matching the existing trim, keeping the existing flooring and staying with the same colours!
