A cancun trip gone right!

Ran into to some past clients, they expressed the need for some plumbing and this bathroom project to be done in there basement, along with a bedroom build.

Here we are from opening the floor and putting all the work underground to bringing this space to life.

Sooooo this is what we were up too most all of February and part of March.

From installing 2 beams to open the space up. To flipping the kitchen to a new location, scrapping off all the popcorn ceiling, to new master with ensuite plus 2 more bathroom. So many hours and so many people were on this project.

Home owners are now finishing up
the rest.

This house has got a full over haul and has been brought back to life.

Popcorn ceiling removal with some crack Repair!!!

Nothing like taking on a dirty yet satisfying job over the holidays.

The livingroom vaulted ceiling had been painted and a lot of time was spent sanding it off.

Here are some before, during and after photos. The modern sleek ceilings are so much cleaner.

Customer had us tear out and rebuild. Then they wanted to finish the project. So, I’ll be interested to see if tile or something ends up on the fireplace.

We love taking out these bath fitter liners, always fun.

This bathroom was ready as the liner was leaking and there was so much mold and water damage under it all.

Now everything is all clean and dry, with a fresh new look.

Still waiting on the bathroom vanity door As the package was packed wrong and they came me two of the same door.

So happy with how this bathroom turn out as are the clients, which were so wonderful to work with. Enjoy!

This was a big summer project, we transformed this place to the new Estevan Recreational Dance Club. We hope you enjoy some of the before, during and after photos.

There was many moving parts to this one, with lots of contractors involved.

Baz Pro was at the heart of the tear out and re-build process.

So happy with how this space has transformed and now is servicing so many kids dance dreams.
