Happy Valentine’s Day all! An ever common issue I have found on the older model LG heat pumps is “CH67”

Sometimes characterized by a blinking pattern on the indoor LED (one light 6 times, another light 7). This is usually always a bad outdoor fan motor.

Good morning service call :). Looks like our customer had a heater wire chafe through and arc to the suction pipe of the compressor. Thankfully we were able to get him back up and running:) . Leroy says hi too!
