This project was completed in stages — starting with a beautiful Model 200 sunroom built under the existing roof, along with a hard top awning over the open deck area.

Later, we returned to add a Model 100 screen room beneath the awning — creating the perfect bug-free retreat while still maintaining the open-air feel and stunning natural light ☀️🪟
