On this Easter Sunday, my friends, I am stirred by a deep sense of gratitude as I stand before you, reflecting on the extraordinary journey of the past few years. The hand of God has been undeniably at work, orchestrating each twist and turn, every challenge and triumph that has shaped our lives.
From the humble beginnings of leaving our cherished home in the Shuswap to embarking on new career paths, bidding farewell to lifelong friends and family, and welcoming new souls into our midst, our story is a testament to the providence of a higher power.
Our travels across continents to lands unknown has been nothing short of transformative. In the heart of Zambia, we have experienced the boundless love of God through the kindness and generosity of strangers turned friends. Their unwavering faith and compassion have illuminated our path, serving as a powerful reminder of what it truly means to embody God's love in action.
As I stand here today, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the opportunities that have unfolded before us, opportunities born from the challenges and blessings of our family's unique journey. I am thankful for the myriad of experiences that have enriched our lives and deepened our faith in ways we never thought possible.
To the Lord, I offer my sincerest thanks for His grace, His salvation, and the transformative work He continues to do within and through us. And to our patrons, I extend my deepest gratitude for their support and trust in our capable team, Allowing those in Zambia, to recieve the fruit of our efforts, Your choice to work with us in the midst of so many options, allows us to help those who need and deserve it. Both abroad and here in our own community.
As I look to the future, I will carry the lessons learned from our travels, the love shared, and the faith witnessed. As we continue to walk in the light of God's love, guided by His divine hand, and may our actions be a testament to His boundless grace and mercy. Thank you, Lord, for the blessings you have bestowed upon us, for the love that surrounds us, and for the journey that lies ahead.
