EDIT. Before anyone bashes it for not meeting code. It is exactly what the customer wanted. They plan on painting the untreated spindles. The landing was already there. The stair treads were re used from the old stairs. As for the handrail, thats what was there before and this is what the customer wanted. Spacing is less than 4' and the height is a little over 34". All I really did was tear it down, cut new stringers and replace the railings

Quick tear down and rebuild job. In and out in 6 hours INCLUDING running around for materials. Not to shabby for one guy!!

There is no finish on it just yet. It's coming soon, I think it'll be a light stain. Unless someone changes their mind of course...

It's reno season time again folks
And this little gem here had not been renovated since the 50's. I couldn't find a level line in the place. There's lots of level lines now though.... Stripped it down to bear bones, everything is new inside and out. New floors new ceilings walls doors windows kitchen bedroom bathroom front entrance you name it it's all done. By Yours Truly.
(except for tape/mud and brickwork. I didn't do that. ....

Next up is the courtyard WHOOP WHOOP !!!
PS...... I'll upload interior pics when all the finishing is complete and a couple other little things are done like install kitchen cabinets etc.
