Before the weather changed we were able to help two very nice customers. They had some really bad stairs going from their cottage to the boat house.

We demolished it and built 3 landings with 4 flights of stairs. Each step being the same rise and run.

I’m sure Ernie will be quite glad to go to his crawl space without dreading the hatch and ladder access. I took out the floor and wall, framed it in. Patched it all up and we’re good to go.

Opened up my father’s clients floor and added some stairs as He was using a ladder to go down a smaller hatch to access his very large crawl space.

This will definitely make things easier for him.
We will take down the existing wall at the header to create more head room for access. More updated pics to come.

Customer didn’t want to have to shovel this year or clean off the vehicle as it is becoming more challenging. So we laid some 6x6 down and anchored her new shelter to the 6x6. It’s nothing special but it’s definitely functional. Thank you Sherry. We were happy to help you.

New ceiling and recessed pot lights replaced due to a roof leak. We removed the drywall ceiling and found the water leak coming from the roof above the living room. We re-shingled the roof and installed all new insulation, Vapour barrier and drywall because of water damage.

Quick job for a very nice lady.

Happy with the turn out. We built a 6’ long fence with a man access gate. Curdy was afraid of the dogs getting loose. She can now be at ease.
