Si tu plantais un potager 4 saisons, tu récolterais en ce moment…même si tu vis au Québec.

Ça a pris seulement 1 mois et demi entre la plantation de mon potager de printemps et les récoltes quotidiennes.

Je partage déjà avec mes voisins. 👩‍🌾

Gross, but here’s what the science says…

Ok, you don’t need to eat garden dirt like I did. But you get greater microbe diversity in your gut (like the precious Mycobacterium vaccae microbe) from working in your garden and accidently ingesting some dirt, and the result is:

😊 better immune function,
🙌🏼 less inflammation and
💪 better resilience.

Plus, microbes in soil help train your immune system to distinguish between real threats and harmless things (so less allergies and asthma).

I don’t just want these benefits in the summer. I want them year-round…

So I grow food in my backyard 4 seasons, despite the crazy weather we get in Canada.🇨🇦

Growing and harvesting food year-round feeds my soul! 😍

When I take my morning break on the porch, I’m surrounded by seedlings of vegetables, fruits, fresh herbs and edible flowers.

I feel so proud, because I’ve grown them with my little ones.

And while most gardeners will still be waiting a few weeks before planting their summer garden, I’m already harvesting my spring garden daily.

And there’s already enough to share with my neighbors. ❤️

Two seasons always overlap…harvesting and seedlings prep, to culminate in the absolute bliss of abundant harvests.

You give a little to nature, and it returns tenfold. Always.

Jardiner à l’année me donne toute une longueur d’avance. Voici comment…

Mes récoltes augment à surface égale, parce que je profite des 4 saisons au lieu d’une seule.

Ma famille consomme beaucoup plus d’aliments sans pesticides de synthèse et mange plus frais.

En plus, c’est tellement le fun à faire avec mes enfants.

Tu devrais embarquer. C’est plus simple que tu penses, et c’est accessible peu importe ton niveau d’expérience.

Dans les prochains jours, les inscriptions à L’École du jardinage à l’année vont ouvrir.

Tu y apprends tout ce dont tu as besoin pour récolter pendant les 4 saisons.

Faire pousser ma nourriture à l’année, ça nourrit mon âme.

Je ne jamais arrêter.

C’est toute qu’une aventure lorsqu’on vit dans un pays nordique comme le Canada.🇨🇦

Mais c’est faisable même pour quelqu’un qui n’a jamais jardiné avant
…parce c’est beaucoup plus simple qu’on pense quand on a la bonne stratégie.
