Big transformation at a cottage bathroom on Tamarack Lake! This compact 4’x5’ space had some serious underlying issues—including floor and wall deterioration and an awkward layout, an elevated toilet to accommodate the septic requirements, and swapping out the old fixtures, we’ve completely revitalized the room. Way to go, Katie Woodward! 🚴‍♀️✨

Huge shoutout to Katie for her incredible commitment to the Great Cycle Challenge! This Aug, she’s tackling a massive 600km ride around Haliburton County—entirely under her own power with no e-bike or pedal assist—to support the SickKids Foundation.

This is Katie’s fifth year riding to fight childhood cancer. This year, she is riding in honor of Leah, a local girl diagnosed just before Christmas in 2023 who is thankfully doing well now because of the care at SickKids.

Katie has already raised over $37,000 across her previous challenges, and she’s aiming to add another $10,000 this season. Let’s help her reach that goal and give these kids the brighter futures they deserve!

Nothing beats the warmth of real red oak! Just wrapped up this beautiful staircase installation. There is something truly special about working with oak—it completely transforms the feel of an entryway. I’m really happy with how this one turned out.

Posting again, in case anyone is still in need. Anyone still affected by the flood that hasnt been helped yet, we will come pump the water out of your basement for free. I also have the contact for volunteers giving out sump pumps. Feel free to reach out if you or someone you know still needs something.
