We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team as a General Labourer. This position involves a variety of tasks to support operations, including Construction/ Demolition, site clean-up, material handling, and assisting skilled trades as needed. No two days are the same — if you enjoy hands-on work and staying active, this job is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general clean-up duties on job sites

- Load and unload materials or equipment

- Operate basic hand tools and power tools (if required)

- Follow safety protocols and company procedures

- Assist skilled workers (e.g., Operators, Carpenters, etc.)

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

-Must be physically fit and able to lift up to [50 lbs or appropriate weight.

-Punctual, reliable, and able to work in a team environment.

-Previous labour experience an asset but not required.

-Experience with pickup hauling trailer with equipment is a requirement.

-Must also have experience with operating various types of equipment like rubber tire backhoe, excavator, maybe required but not an asset.

-Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

-Steel-toe boots and other required PPE.

-VALID DRIVERS LICENSE IS AN ASSET.

We are hiring a Rubber Tire Backhoe/ Snow Clearing Operator.

C&C Excavating. is currently looking to hire an operator for snow clearing & ice control for the 2025 snow season. Minimum 2 years experience snow clearing is required.

Must be available on - call for days, nights, weekends and holidays. Must be prepared to work in inclement weather conditions.

Responsibilities include snow removal on commercial parking lots and residential driveways using a Rubber Tire Backhoe. Some shoveling maybe required.

Must be extremely reliable, energetic, and able to work. Must hold a valid driver's license and required certificates.

We are hiring a Labourer!

Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
Load or unload construction materials.
Remove, fill,or compact earth as needed.
Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including plate tampers, and other tools as directed.
Perform site clean up.
Must be able to follow instructions.
Ready to learn on the job training when necessary.
Labourer Requirements:
Must have a valid drivers Licence.
Must have steel toed boots.
Powerline hazards are a requirement.
Trenching and excavating.
Must have WHIMIS.
Must have experience working around equipment.
Ability to do physical labour and other strenuous physical tasks.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Must have experience as a general labourer in the construction industry.
Worker must be punctual and reliable and show up for work.
