Things are starting to take shape at this gorgeous lake house..bands are on, fascia and soffit are installed including pine T&G pennygap, Keen DriWall synthetic rainscreen is installed first before the panels go on for board & batten. Next week finish up the board and batten while also trimming out doors and windows and frieze board, and start prepping for lots of fiber cement straight-edge shake from Allura.

Windows and doors trimmed out with custom bent J-trim, black in and out for that minimalist look. Post/beams in LP Smart Panel, cedar-mill finish.

Transforming an old and tired 90+ year old farmhouse into an invigorating breath of fresh air.

LP Smart Side and trims. Aluminum 4 panel, vented soffit w/ LP Smart trim fascia.

Old shiplap sheathed over with 1/2" ply, then new home-wrap, and finally 1/2" treated lathe rain screen added before the Board and Batten at 12" o/c was installed with freize board, mitered outside corner posts and door and window trims.
