We have been working hard getting all these roofs, flooring jobs, paint jobs, and throwing in a river day here and there. Our books are officially closed for the remainder of the roofing season. However, if the weather is good in November we may have time to add a couple to the roster. If you have an emergency roof that absolutely can not wait through winter please do contact us and we will try our best to get you on the schedule.

The weather has been an absolute nightmare this season. We are working hard to get roofs done in between all this crazy rain and wind. We are closing our calendars for roofing until we can catch up! Unfortunately we’re in for another very wet week.

Spot the problem! This is why it is soo important to have regular maintenance done on your home. This whirlybird has been missing it’s top for an unknown amount of time. This roof will be getting a full replacement. Some things to consider even if your shingles are still in good condition:

Are the gutters secure, and clean?

Are all flashing or potential entries for water caulked sufficiently?

Have flashing and venting been properly installed and sealed?

Are there loose or missing shingles? (Improperly installed or old shingles can blow off)

Do facia need to be repainted? (it’s recommended every few years)

And most importantly are the people doing the work insured, hold WCB and have the experience to ensure your home is up to code and protected?

As long time card collectors we are always so excited to see local events. We always take part in our local card shows and love seeing them pop up in new venues!
