Exciting news! As of yesterday, we became part of the second largest independent restoration provider in North America. What that means is that we have more trained personnel, equipment and specialized resources ready to help people get back into their homes and businesses in times of disaster. What that means right now, is that Interstate is at the ready to support us in our efforts to help residents of Fort McMurray if we need.

A few weeks ago we announced that we had reached a definitive asset purchase agreement with U.S.-based Interstate Restoration LLC. We are excited today to follow up and let you know that we have formally joined forces with Interstate Restoration.
