To our valued customers and clients,
CMS Tree Service takes pride in being a dedicated and reliable small business. We are constantly striving to operate at the highest standards and we want to assure our community that this also applies during these difficult times.
Do to the nature of our work, we are able to safely work isolated from almost all public areas. However. To adapt with current situations, all employees who wish to remain at work must strictly abide by social distancing practices both at work and on personal time. We are also offering on site, zero contact tree assessments. Clients can communicate over the phone from the comfort of home while the tree or trees of concern are assessed by an employee outside on site. Invoices will be sent electronically via e-mail and we request payment by e-transfer to limit exposure. As always, we remain available for emergency work.
We will continue to modify our practices as recommended so as to best serve our community. We are hopeful that if we all do our part, things will return to normal in a timely manner.
