Bay & Beyond: Bay Street Closure Beginning June 2026

From the Town of Gravenhurst:

"We’re transforming Bay Street between Sarah Street and Canada Post in the Town of Gravenhurst. The contractor is on site and setting up for this stage of construction. Major construction, including the closing of Bay Street between Sarah Street and Muskoka Road South, is scheduled to start as early as Monday, June 1. This closure allows underground work to be completed safely and efficiently. Bay Street is anticipated to open and work is expected to be complete by the end of 2026. After counting the votes, BeautiTone’s “Cute Pixie” is officially Chantelle’s brand new hair colour.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined in, cast their vote, and had some fun with us along the way. We’ve gotta say... the final result turned out pretty awesome!
