Wow I’m honoured thanks

Well 2024 is up and we’ve voted internally: Pat wins Employee of the Year. This guy was instrumental in making our first year in business what it was.

We’d like to thank our customers and suppliers for a great year and invite you to congratulate Pat on this incredible accolade.

We decided to gift Pat a new compound bow and maybe a sled to enjoy this winter.

Martel Fence Inc is hiring!

We’re looking for skilled individuals ready to work in varying conditions.
Pay is CAD$20.00-$40.00 hourly, based on skill and experience.
$750 annual workwear allowance

With SAFETY at the front,
Job duties include:
- heavy lifting and carrying (over 30kg)
- installing various fence and home products
- using various types of hand tools and power tools
- operating small heavy equipment, mainly skid steer and mini-ex
- other general construction tasks
- experience in Leadership, Welding, Carpentry and Landscaping will be considered — Tell us about yourself in your cover letter!

*Must be able to pass criminal background check and alcohol/drug test*
*Must be eligible to work in Canada 40+ hours per week*
*must possess valid Ontario Driver’s License or equivalent

We believe in a job well done and weekends off! Some jobs may require extra days and travel out-of-town but a premium is added to the hourly rate for such jobs.
