Here’s a solid before and after. We discovered the old slab was hollow and sinking so we ended up having to re-pour the whole basement (an extremely rare situation) It provided a great opportunity for us to do a doorless/curbless/linear drain shower. And yup, those floors are heated 😊

We don’t always completely gut your house and install structural beams for a new cathedral ceiling, but when we do it will be spectacular!

Just finished another beautiful custom shower and bathroom reno. And yes that floor is complete with toasty heating coils.
