Please join us in welcoming Steven Huizinga to Team Chaulk as Business Manager.
Steven brings decades of experience in custom millwork, estimating, business operations, and craftsmanship to the team - along with a deep family legacy in woodworking that spans five generations.
From apprenticing alongside his grandfather in the Netherlands-inspired woodworking tradition, to graduating on the Dean’s List from Conestoga College’s Woodworking Technologist program, Steven has built an impressive career rooted in precision, leadership, and passion for the craft.
Before joining Chaulk, Steven owned and operated his own custom millwork shop for 15 years, following another 15 years leading estimating and sales for a major Toronto millwork company.
Outside of work, Steven enjoys camping, reading, and cooking over the fire with his family. He and his wife Joanne recently celebrated 25 years of marriage and are proud parents of three children.
