Still thinking about Saturday’s Spring Hop at Head Lake Park 🌷�
So many smiling faces, rosy cheeks, and kids running around with freshly painted faces. Eggs were found, goodie bags handed out, and even the dogs were feeling festive! 🐾

🌞The Canadian Real Estate Association’s (CREA) last quarterly forecast suggests the Canadian resale housing market may see gradual growth heading into 2026 and 2027, driven largely by returning buyer demand.

CREA also expects much of the recovery to be led by Ontario and British Columbia, where sales activity has more room to rebound.

Overall, the outlook points to a steady recovery rather than a rapid surge, as interest rates stabilize and buyers gradually return to the market.
