✨ A New Chapter Begins! ✨

I am excited and honored to officially announce the launch of WIN Wellness & Consulting! 💜💛

Many of you know me as the Founder & CEO of Empowerment For Hope Society, an organization that will continue to be a vital part of my work and my heart. Empowerment For Hope Society is still here and remains committed to supporting survivors of human trafficking, gender-based violence, domestic violence, and exploitation.

However, over the past few years, I began to realize that I wanted to do more.
I didn't want the certifications, education, training, and professional development I have worked so hard to achieve to remain dormant. I wanted to step outside of my comfort zone and expand my impact—not only through my lived experience as a survivor, but also through the professional knowledge, skills, and expertise I have gained over the last two years.

WIN Wellness & Consulting was created from that vision.

This new venture allows me to bring together my experience as a speaker, facilitator, wellness coach, trauma-informed practitioner, domestic violence facilitator, ASIST trainer, peer supporter, and community leader to help individuals, leaders, organizations, and communities thrive.

It’s been a tough time lately — health-wise, emotionally, mentally, physically, and with business too. In between all of that, I didn’t even get the chance to share that .ca is officially 2 years old.

As hard as this phase feels right now, and as worried as I am about sales, uncertainty, and the economy, I’m also deeply grateful. Grateful that I built this with so much love, purpose, and passion inspired by my brother.

Right now, I’m reminding myself of my “why” and continuing to build this venture with heart. Thank you for all the continued love, support, encouragement, and belief in Celebrate Your Curves Fashion over these past two years. It truly means more than you know. ❤️

Hi everyone, we’re so excited to be at the Halifax Health & Wellness Expo this weekend at the Annex 7101 Chebucto Road Halifax, with our Embrace Line.

Our Embrace Line was created from my own healing journey and the belief that we all deserve intentional moments of self-love and care. Each candle is paired with an intention, affirmation and fragrances chosen to support how you want to feel.

For us, these candles are more than scent, they’re a reminder to slow down, breathe, and choose yourself. Speaking kindly to ourselves is important. Embrace self love, you deserve it.
