Another call back for the Fanatics for this awesome owner in Dartmouth. First time was getting ready for her sister to move home, this time to refresh the other areas of the house.
We took out the old laminate and added a subfloor to the 2 front bedrooms to level up the overall area, the back bedroom we ripped out the old laminate and freshened up with the new.. now pretty much the whole home is the same.. only 2 areas are the back bathroom, which is on their to do list and maybe the salon..

The Fanatics got the call back from this home owner to redo the whole basement. Out with the old laminate and in with the new vinyl plank to match the upstairs living room area they did earlier this year. Loved the baseball pics on the wall.

The home owners changed out the old laminate with some nice vinyl plank.

What an Incredible month of August.. best so far.. just wanted to say thank you to all the home owners that trusted in our work for their projects.
Also, a big thank you to my buddy Duane for helping out this summer while Ty was off doing his camp leader thing for HRM summer camp.
September is pretty solid with project in the schedule book.. woohoo. I will post pics of recent projects in the next few days.

Wow.. what a awesome project for the Fanatics this week and what an even more beautiful home we had the chance to transform the look of.
By far the largest the largest project by far at 2500 sqft.. had to remove all the old vinyl and new with the new.. remove and reinstall the baseboards and replace a few the home owner what changed out. A few scratch your head moments on some tricky spots... but it turned out grear.. even kudos to the home owner who stained out trim for the kitchen island and matched it like it was meant to be.
Thanks to Scotia Flooring who recommended us to the owners who were just getting ready for the moving trucks.
Thanks again for trusting in us and we hope you enjoy your beautiful new home.. it is a beaut.
