York University's Faculty of Education gets a fresh new look!

The renovations aimed to enhance and optimize the offices, administrative services, and instructional spaces that were previously fragmented. The goal was to promote coherence and facilitate interdepartmental collaboration. From enhanced accessibility to vibrant collaborative spaces, every detail has been thoughtfully designed to shape the future of education.

We're excited to share our concept for the new University of Niagara Falls Canada campus in downtown ! The physical model was exhibited at the ICEF conference and provides an immersive first look at the new campus.

We'd like to acknowledge our collaborator, Carlo Parente, OAA, MRAIC, AIA, NCARB and the amazing work of Jordan Ashton and Jason Ramelson in getting the model built. We're excited to see this project take shape and are grateful to have been entrusted by University of Niagara Falls Canada and Global University Systems with this important first step in the design.

This is what a truly collaborative design process looks like. This week we are continuing with consultation sessions with County of Brant Public Library staff for their new main branch in Paris, ON. This particular online session focused on the the Makerspace.

The project is on track to be tendered in the Summer of 2024 and presented to Council in September. More updates to come!

The new year has begun with lots of movement on the Brant County Library Main Branch. Detailed Design and Working Drawings will advance simultaneously, and tender results are expected to be presented to Council in late spring.

People’s Church
The building permit has been issued, and we're thrilled to announce that the tendering process will soon begin for the 30,000 sq. ft. renovation + 10,000 sq. ft. addition at the Peoples Church's Mohawk Rd. W location. We’re excited to see this project move forward and bring the vision for this growing congregation to life—a new lobby, café, and a 2,500 sq. ft. children's area are just some of the project’s features.

The site is buzzing with activity as we prepare the grounds for the County of Brant Public Library's new main branch in Paris, ON. Since obtaining council approval in June, the next phase is underway as demolition work begins on the non-heritage portions of the existing structure.
