I am looking for a skilled individual with minimum 5 years experience in the renovation construction industry. Must be polite, courteous and can speak, read and write English. Must have knowledge of hand and power tools and use them safely. Must have experience in framing, plumbing and efficient in finishing work such as cutting and installing trim. Individual must be able to follow direction, is trustworthy and can work well with others and by themselves efficiently. Individual MUST have a drivers license and their own means of transportation to and from the jobsite. Wages are negotiatable!
