Added new modern kitchen with island 3 pce bathroom to front unit creating 2 story flat , 2 bedroom and a den , 2 bathroom
Back unit 1 bedroom and bathroom.
Both units new heat pumps and in unit laundry .
All products in stock at Home Depot.

Quick bathroom remodel. Custom shower and curb removed , glass and fixtures donated.
New tub and tile installed, changing floor and painting .

New luxury vynol floor ,paint, lighting , carpet on stairs , hand rail and spindles.
