Massive dead spruce taken down in grand bay today. 3 1/2 feet across at the base makes this 95cc saw with a 32” bar look small. 🌲

Big job last Friday in Hampton, removing 9 spruces and tamaracks with a crane. Due to access issues, we had to setup behind the soccer field at the high school and reach over the tree line to get the trees safely and efficiently removed.

Exiting the last tree of the week like I was just told there’s cold b**r waiting at home 🤷‍♂️ 🌳 as you can tell, we have zero fun at work 😆

Working in a tight backyard in Saint John this morning with zero equipment access and many targets like fence and a lot of shrubs. Every pieces had to be lowered in a controlled way 🌳

Latest project in collaboration with UNB Saint John, after selection of the perfect white birch, we helped by removing the crown of the tree, then gently laying the stem to the ground so that the student can harvest the undamaged bark to build a birch bark canoe. 🛶 🌳 very cool project and looking forward to see the final product.
