Another restoration that brought this beautiful piece back to her original stained beauty. It featured a fold out center leaf as seen in the pictures. Again alot of hand sanding and prep work. However knowing that "Family" will be dining or playing games or just visiting sharing stories for years to come at this table is my motivation.

Here is our latest very cool and challenging project. This table has thin oak inlays that were blistered and flaking on top.
Had to carefully and gently hand sand the top hoping I didn't break through the very thin inlay work. The end result speaks volumes and my client is over the moon happy.
On to our next great adventure !!!!!

Restoration of amazing pieces that are over 100 years old is a true passion we love to take on. Sanding down the numerous layers of paint is interesting as you get to see what colors were popular during different times.
The end result was bringing them back to a Spanish oak stained colour ( Onyx) .
