Sometimes there is just nowhere to put all the stuff. So, we move it to one side of the room, renovate the other side, then move all the stuff to the finished side and renovate the other side. Definitely makes for a longer Reno, but we do what we need to do.

There was a leaky foundation in this house in ingleside. The foundation has been taken care of. No more leak. They’ve replaced the baseboard heaters with a nice new furnace. Now time to make this basement nice and new again! Here we go 🏃‍➡️

There was a pocket door jammed inside a wall and the home owner couldn’t get it to slide out. I ended up having to take apart the wall to see what the problem was. A recently installed thermostat was installed with the wire from the furnace being drilled right through the very nice pocket door. Not a simple fix! I removed and relocated the thermostat, and freed up the door. We have a functioning door and with some mud and paint the wall will be back to normal. But the door is in need of serious repair. Caused by a lazy mistake.
