elp homeowners design custom new homes and renovations. After a few years in business, we noticed one consistent concern from homeowners and builders alike: the serious lack of predesigned plans made for use in Canada. Existing predesigned blueprint options weren’t practical for our winters and didn’t account for the difference in climate and weather patterns across Canada. Plans need to accommodate unique snow loads and wind resistance across different regions. Plus, the average Canadian home needs room for mechanical equipment like furnaces, hot water tanks, or AC systems.
