We will be closing shortly for the season and in our final markdown of nursery stock. Now that we are getting some rain it is a great time to get those plants in the ground to start getting rooted in before Winter. There is is still a good selection of Trees,Shrubs and Perennials. Come in take advantage of the Sale and fill In those holes in your garden or get started on a new one that you held off because of the hot dry Summer.

What's in bloom this week at Keene On Gardens. Black Eye Susan, Balloon Flower, Butterfly Flowers, Blanket Flower and Tangerine Dream and Green Twister Coneflowers. Hydrangea Bombshell and Quick Fire are now covered in white blooms. The Asiatic Lilies look and smell amazing . What's in bloom this week at Keene On Gardens. Phlox, Shasta Daisy, False Sunflower, Hollyhocks Asiatic and Daylilies. Echinacea that have just started but have 10-15 blooms on each. Kismet Red and Kismet Raspberry, Dixie Blaze, Magnus and Hot Papaya. These new varieties of Coneflowers are gorgeous and will sell quickly . Bring your hot sweaty bodies into the garden centre and check it out.

What's in bloom this week at Keene On Gardens.
Butterfly W**d, Asiatic and Day Lilies, Daisies, Delphiniums, and the following Echinacea. Pow Wow White, Coconut Lime, Big Kahuna, Hot Papaya, Supreme Elegance, Now Cheesier, Glowing Dream. The new Cone flowers we grew this year look fantastic and the colors are stunning.
Many other Shrubs and Perennials in bud and bloom too many to mention so drop on by and have a look .

Yet another crazy Spring storm. Hope it is the last one. All of the big leaf Hostas in the rock garden took a real beating with the wind and hail stones. I am glad my Peonies were not in full bloom yet. Will again pick up broken branches and take a closer look this morning at the gardens for further damage. Who else 's poor gardens took a beating?

Has there been a more perfect week of weather this year. Lilacs and Crab trees in bloom, grass is lush and green, dandelions spreading with carefree abandon. More fresh herbs and vegetables arrived yesterday and yes finally Beefsteak tomatoes. Yes more hanging baskets and small pots of annuals today. See you this week-end.

The Dipladenia are here! Pink and Red in Hanging baskets and 1 gallon pots. We did not receive full shipment so get here quick and get yours. Many other colorful annual hanging baskets to choose from also.

Beautiful weather for our Mother's Day open house weekend .Our best selling Perennials had to be Lupines and Lavender because it's all about the flower and scent right now.
Our two winners of our $25 gift certificate were John Eggert of Ptbo and Jenne Smith of Brighton. Congratulations!
Thank-you to everyone who came out with their Mom's or bought lovely plants for their Mom's. We truly enjoyed seeing everyone and re-connecting after the Winter.

Fresh herbs and organic veggies came in today. OPEN HOUSE SAT & SUN 9-5. Bring your Mom in for homemade cookies and a hot drink and treat her to a hanging basket of annuals or her have her choose her favorite plant. You do want to stay in her good books don't you?
