🔧 HELP WANTED — JOIN THE MCL POOL & SPAS TEAM! 🏊‍♂️♨️

MCL Pool & Spas is looking for a reliable, motivated and organized individual to join our growing team for the upcoming busy season.

We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, mechanically inclined, dependable, good with customers and willing to learn.

🛠️ JOB DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:

• Pool openings, closings & winterizing
• Hot tub repairs & general service work
• Troubleshooting pumps, heaters, plumbing & electrical components
• Hot tub cleaning & maintenance
• Loading, unloading & delivering parts/equipment
• Assisting with hot tub deliveries & installations
• Moving and handling hot tubs and equipment
• Shop maintenance & hot tub refurbishment
• Driving company vehicles when required
• Communicating with customers & answering questions
• Keeping track of parts, tools & job details
• Other pool, spa & general labour duties

✅ REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid driver's licence & reliable transportation
• Strong mechanical aptitude & problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service & communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers and answering questions
• Organized with good attention to detail
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather
• Physically capable of lifting, carrying & moving equipment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual & professional
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Pool/spa, plumbing, electrical, mechanical or construction experience is an asset — but we’re willing to train the right person!

⭐ THE RIGHT PERSON:

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, stays organized, pays attention to detail and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.

You’ll be representing MCL Pool & Spas on job sites, so being friendly, professional and confident when dealing with customers and answering questions is extremely important.

We had a busy Friday—delivered a sleek refurbished Cal Spa to its new home and successfully knocked out 7 service calls to make sure everyone is ready for the long weekend. 🛠️✅

On the drive between jobs, we even spotted some adorable baby deer on the side of the road—just another reminder of the beauty we get to see every day! 🦌💚
