I had the pleasure of managing the custom steel duck bill beams which are used to support the glazing system.... This is a flashback to over 12 years ago and was in partnership with Stella Glass who was the main supplier of all the glazing!

We managed the design, procurement and construction of a custom fence rebuild in Kelowna earlier this year.

We concentrate on the preconstruction efforts to undoubtedly obtain client approval and confidence in the design intent. Also often only conversations in poorly conveyed information is provided to residential clients which exposes the risk of a product outcome that might be disappointing.

We have the advantage of in-house 3D modeling and walkthrough tours. We do our best to construct these models in a detailed format so that the virtual reality is more accurate of what will happen in the real world.

Here is a fence project that we assisted our client with. We demonstrated value by providing: material estimate and sourcing so client could buy direct, provided multiple scope options and 3D visualisation so the client was 100% confident before commencing work, monitoring and controlling the subtrades for hours, fit and finish.
