Project - Woodlands

For those following this project:

IT'S A WRAP for now !!

- Flooring has finally been uncovered again - stunning

- new style Adora switches & outlets installed

- Media room cabinets complete

- Appliances installed

- Final Fireplace hookup & installation completed.

The Homeowner will make final decisions on kitchen backsplash and a few other odds & ends once they move in.

A Big Thank you to my sub contractors, Pro Painters, Trident Electric, Strong Roots Flooring, RO Plumbing, Kekuli Bay Cabinetry, Robinson Lighting and of course ME 😀

For those following this project:

- Countertops have arrived and installed - they look great

- painters are done with final touch-ups to be complete at final

- Faucets are in and we have water again

- new style Adora switches & outlets installed

Next Up

- waiting on Media room cabinets to be completed

- Appliance install

- Final Fireplace hookup & inspection

Project #2 - Sandstone

For those following this project :

Thats a Wrap !!

- Tiling is done
- Final plumbing completed
- Painters are completing final touchups
- Cleaner is making it pretty

All in all everything went smoothly and quickly BUT with any project you must always expect hiccups.

Many thanks to a friendly, patient and loveable elderly couple moving into a great gated community. Their trust and support is much appreciated.

- bath & laundry flooring prepped & installed. Large format vinyl tile

- countertops templated 2 weeks ago and installed today.

- backsplash tiling should start early next week for the beginning of the New Year

- flooring repairs for new cabinets completed from harvesting some of the boards from underneath where the new island is, tricky but necessary as its very hard to match the flooring

- cabinets have arrived

- cabinetry is being installed over the next few days
