Apple and cinnamon cake (low sugar)
Vanilla frosting (low sugar)
Homemade applesauce filling!

Experimenting with some bread recipes.
First one is a pull apart bread baked in a springform pan with a garlic and herb "butter" topping. We will see how it actually pulls apart at Christmas time.
The second picture is of some cream cheese stuffed buns finished with black sesame seeds and salt! These were good... Haha!

What kind of baked goods do you want to see this year for the holidays? Savoury or sweet.I'm starting to plan!!!

Guilty pleasure of mine since I was a kid. My Nonna Lina would make it all the time with the leftover bread dough.....or sometimes with most of it 😅 because us kids were heathens 🤣
Not 100% if it is just a Calabrese thing to call it this or just my family... but it is also called Pizza fritta or Pane fritto from what I can see. If you know please comment!
