Finished up this massive 60 panels of 6mm tempered glass, 250 feet of aluminum railing on the upper cottage and lower boat house with 3 double sets of gates. Not a bad view either ;)

Fully renovated front foyer. The client wanted to keep the original wainscotting but the rest is all upgraded including a new 36” X 80” steal core door. A built in cabinet for extra storage plus the original closet with a more modern door/ hardware. Upgraded switches, lights and baseboard heater. Custom shelf with new flooring, baseboard/trim, paint and blind. Very happy how this reno turned out 🪚

The start of this 20’ X 29’ lake front cabin. Concrete piles to bed rock with rebar dowels drilled and anchored in 10” sono tube. All 2X10 support beams and framing. Strapped and ready to be finished as the client is getting all material milled and shipped ready for spring.

Milled 1X5 T&G flooring and walls. Osmo clear coat for the floors and customer will finish the painting. Custom ripped window jams and casing that completes this 3 bedroom cottage with bathroom/laundry.
