Darren Swanson,Founder and President of Rococo, 59 years old and has been in the industry for 42 years there isn't much that Darren hasn't seen when it comes to construction, he's earned every piece of grey hair on his head throughout his career

Darren's favourite food is a rib steak.

His favourite part of the job is the variety of work. Everything from helping with design, to sometimes working with the fellas in the field and working with clients. This variety along with the different projects he have been involved in. Small residential work right up to light industrial food and beverage processing work.

Favorite thing outside of work is spending time with family/friends.

Andriy Mishtal, 40 years old. Wawota, Sk. Originally from Ivano-Frankivsk region in Ukraine. Andriy has been working with Rococo since May 2022 as well as in Ukraine from time to time he performed various work related to construction in his own house and the surrounding area. Andriy spoke very little English when first arriving in Canada but he now developed an amazing English vocabulary! When he first joined our team the main means of communication was through Google Translate! That is no longer necessary

Andriy's favourite food is steak and perogies.

When asked what his favourite part of working at Rococo is, he said, "I'd rather state that he doesn't like to work at heights and the rest of the work can be done with pleasure."

He likes to spend his free time with his family, go fishing and meet new friends. He is also working to become a permanent residence and eventually a Canadian citizen
