Here is today’s harvest. Everything is fresh out of the garden and should be washed before use.
All the goodies are in coolers , so come and get it 😋

Checking out the garden today, I see that starting tomorrow morning we will have the veggie stand filled. The Swiss chard 🥬 looks great and the Butter lettuce needs to be enjoyed 😋, bundles of rhubarb ready for something delicious 🤤

We have bags with butter lettuce and mustard greens also bags of purple mountain spinach
There is also a bundle rhubarb- warm stewed rhubarb on vanilla ice cream, yummy 😋

This is Purple Mountain Spinach, there is also a green variety. it looks great in the garden or can be grown in a 3-5 gal pot on your deck. It will grow several feet tall and looks beautiful. The best part is that you eat the leafs like spinach. Sautéed in butter and fresh garlic as a side , leftovers make awesome omelettes
We have bags of it in the veggie stand most days.
The last of the radishes are in the stand, it will be a couple weeks before we have more

Fresh veggies ready for you.
Today we have purple mountain spinach, lettuce, kale, rhubarb and bunches of radishes.
We also have some potted plants for your garden - oregano, thyme, chive, rhubarb and some hens & chicks as well as some ground cover

The Garden of Plenty veggies stand will be open starting tomorrow, Monday with bags of mountain spinach, cut lettuce, bunches of radishes, rhubarb and some curly Kale 🥬
There are potted herbs and some ornamental plants for sale as well.
If the new East gate is open, one of us is in the garden and you are welcome to come in for a visit 😊
