A client was having issues with tiles cracking in their upstairs bathroom. We were hired to get to the bottom of it! The well meaning DIY-er, previous owner was the reason. Expanded Polystyrene foam sheeting doesn’t belong underneath a tile floor. Luckily for the client, we will Fix It properly with a new tile floor, with the proper uncoupling membrane so the tile floor will last no matter what gets thrown at it!

Sometimes you need innovative solutions for keeping things nice and clean for the clients.

In this case everyone was happy with the solution for the electrical box, even though we personally think our electrician did a great job himself in keeping things clean.
