Titan Custom Ltd is a fast growing renovation contractor looking for a Framer/Carpenter/Drywall taper/finisher. We specialize in residential/commercial interior renovation. We are interested in working with a self motivated candidate that takes pride in their craft and shares the same Titan company values; punctuality, trust, honesty & craftsmanship. Job expectations/Responsibilities
- Framing wood & steel
- Insulation
- Drywall installation mudding & taping
- Finish Carpentry (trim, doors, mouldings)
- Flooring (Hardwood, Laminate, tiling)
- Painting

Qualifications
- Interior and Exterior experience in Residential & Commercial Renovation
- Familiar with the use of basic hand and power tools
- Ontario G-class license with clean abstract
- Must possess appropriate attire for construction site (steel toe boots, hard hat etc.)
- The ability to work well with minimal supervision and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate site problems to the Project Manager in a clear and concise way
- Ability to understand and execute instructions required on job site
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment in varied conditions
- Professionalism and industry knowledge when interacting with clients
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Capable to working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
-A positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic

- Commercial work experience
