The pool tanks are taking shape at the Municipality of Clarington’s new South Bowmanville Recreation Centre, with concrete work well underway on the 25-metre lap pool and warm water pool.🦺🔨

We’re working alongside J.J. McGuire General Contractors, MJMA, and Smith + Andersen to bring the new aquatic centre to life.

There’s still lots of work ahead, but it’s great to see all the progress happening on site! 🚧

The City of Oshawa’s newly redeveloped Rotary Park Pool officially opened on July 22nd! Working alongside Maystar General Contractors and Stantec, we’re proud to have played a part in the transformation of this longtime Oshawa gathering place.

The redeveloped park features a new outdoor pool with zero-depth entry, four swim lanes, a toddler area and waterslide, plus a splash pad, playground and more, all within a park that has been part of the community for nearly 100 years. 💦🛝

Our scope included the supply and installation of the new swimming pool and waterslide, along with the mechanical and chemical systems for the pool and splash pad.

The new Barr Homes Aquatic Centre opened on July 20 at the W.J. Henderson Community Centre in Explore & Play - Loyalist Township 📍🎉

The new indoor aquatic facility features an 8-lane, 25 m lap pool with an accessibility ramp, starting blocks, and a 1 m dive stand. The separate 1,500 sq. ft. warm-water leisure pool features an accessibility ramp and teaching steps, along with a rainwater overhead spray feature, water geysers, and a bubble couch. Both pools use regenerative media filtration and ultraviolet sanitation systems.

We worked with Chandos Construction, MJMA, and Aqua Plans Aquatic Consultants on this IPD project, installing the concrete pools, surrounding decks, and mechanical systems.

We’re proud to have contributed to this new addition to a community centre that has served Amherstview since 1976.

Back to school is only a few weeks away, and this year our team came together to support the Waterloo Regional Police Service's Backpack Challenge! 🎒✏️📚

We set a goal to fill 15 Acapulco Pools backpacks and ended up with 4 boxes packed full of backpacks, lunch bags, and school supplies for children and youth across Waterloo Region.

These donations will be distributed to local families and more than 25 child and youth organizations, helping students feel excited and prepared for the school year ahead.

A big thank you to everyone on our team who contributed! 💙

The new indoor pool at the W.J. Henderson Recreation Centre in Loyalist Township, officially opened on August 8th, and we’re so proud to have been part of the team.

Loyalist Township's new indoor pool has only been open since Aug. 8 but is already making a splash with swimming lessons reaching capacity.

Our work is now complete at the District of Kent Lets’emót Regional Recreation and Aquatic Centre! ✅

Working alongside Chandos Construction, our team supplied and installed the mechanical equipment for the 8-lane lap pool, leisure pool and lazy river, and whirlpool, including pumps, sand filters, chemical controllers, main drains, skimmers, and more.

Our scope also included supplying and installing spray features by Waterplay and a timing system by Colorado Time Systems, as well as completing pool start-up and training.

The new facility marks a significant transition for the community, replacing the outdoor Ferny Coombe Pool, which served the District of Kent since 1978, with a modern, year-round indoor aquatic centre.

We’re proud to have played a part in bringing this new community facility to life! 👏🏻

Our 2014 Kenworth T800 crane truck was stolen from our yard at 1550 Victoria St. N., Kitchener, at approximately 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 25. This specialized commercial crane truck is critical to our operations and the work we do for our customers and communities.

- 2014 Kenworth T800
- Ontario Plate: 814 ZPX
- Truck # 1304
- Large black HIAB crane mounted directly behind the cab
- White cab with blue oval Acapulco Pools logos on both doors
